Requirements:

  • Licensed attorney in New York with a minimum of 3 years of experience in immigration law.
  • Demonstrated expertise in handling complex immigration cases and familiarity with cross-practice areas (criminal and family law).
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of cases efficiently and effectively.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active Bar license in New York (Required).
