  • Conduct client meetings to assess cases, offer legal advice, and gather necessary information.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients, ensuring timely updates on case progress.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop strategic approaches for cases.

Requirements:

  • Licensed attorney in New York with a minimum of 3 years of experience in immigration law.
  • Demonstrated expertise in handling complex immigration cases and familiarity with cross-practice areas (criminal and family law).
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of cases efficiently and effectively.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active Bar license in New York (Required).

Skills:

  • Excellent legal research, writing, and communication abilities.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (Required).
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on client service and collaboration.
