A law firm seeks a skilled Probate Attorney to join its established legal team in the Charleston, South Carolina area. The ideal candidate will focus on probate administration, estate planning, and real estate matters, while also building strong client relationships and contributing to the firm's growth.

Duties

  • Guide clients through probate administration processes.
  • Identify and address probate-related concerns in real estate transactions.

Requirements

  • Preferably, prior experience in probate law.

  • An active member of the South Carolina State Bar in good standing.
  • Familiarity with the Rules of Civil Procedure.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
