Duties

• Develop personalized litigation case plans for clients
• Act as the primary point of contact between the firm, clients, and opposing counsel
• Supervise litigation support staff, including paralegals and legal assistants
• Maintain frequent communication with clients and respond to discovery requests
• Conduct key case depositions, attend mediations, and assist with trials

Requirements

• Must be licensed to practice law in Georgia
• Proven experience as a successful personal injury litigation attorney
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Experience handling trucking cases is a plus but not required

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Valid Georgia Bar license required
