Duties

• Prepare legal documents including motions, pleadings, and settlement agreements.
• Analyze medical records, evidence, and legal precedents to assess case viability and develop strategies.
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates, answer questions, and manage expectations.
• Participate in hearings, mediations, and negotiations on behalf of clients.
• Work collaboratively with senior attorneys to formulate case strategies and approaches.
• Maintain accurate records and manage case files efficiently.
• Keep up to date with changes in workers' compensation laws and regulations to ensure compliance and deliver the best client outcomes.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of two years of experience in workers' compensation law or a related field.
• Licensing: Must be admitted to practice law in North Carolina.
