Duties:

Closing & Transaction Management

  • Facilitate in-person real estate closings for residential and newly constructed properties

  • Ensure all legal and procedural protocols are met during table signings

  • Authenticate and notarize final documentation by jurisdictional requirements

Legal Document Review & Drafting

  • Prepare and examine real estate contracts, deeds, leases, and closing statements

  • Validate documentation for regulatory adherence and accuracy

Title Review & Property Evaluation

  • Conduct thorough examinations of property titles for liens or encumbrances

  • Review surveys, inspections, and builder-supplied documentation to verify completeness

Loan & Financial Oversight

  • Analyze loan packages to confirm legal and financial compliance

  • Review closing disclosures and settlement statements for financial accuracy

Client Representation & Legal Guidance

  • Advise clients on potential legal implications related to property transactions

  • Address client concerns regarding title coverage, property condition, and risk mitigation

Business Development

  • Engage in outreach to cultivate new referral partnerships within the real estate community

  • Participate in regular networking meetings to support practice growth

Requirements:

  • Active license in good standing with the State Bar

  • Commissioned as a Notary Public in the applicable state

  • Experience in residential and builder real estate closings

  • Familiarity with closing disclosures, loan documentation, and title policies

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities under deadline

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:
