Job Title: Senior Litigation Attorney

Job Location: Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid Remote)

Job Overview: A well-established law firm is seeking an experienced attorney to join their litigation team in Philadelphia. The position is ideal for someone with over 10 years of hands-on litigation experience who is passionate about providing comprehensive legal counsel across diverse fields. This role offers the opportunity to gain exposure to various litigation matters, including general liability, professional liability, and employment claims.

Duties:

• Represent clients throughout all phases of litigation, from initiation to trial.
• Handle cases related to general liability, professional liability, and employment claims.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop effective legal strategies.
• Provide expert legal advice in areas such as casualty, construction defect, medical malpractice, and insurance defense.
• Manage complex cases and provide high-quality written work, including motions, briefs, and legal research.
• Maintain strong client relationships while ensuring legal procedures are followed with precision.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of litigation experience.
• Must be admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania.
• Proven experience in one or more of the following areas: casualty, construction defect, medical malpractice, professional liability, and/or employment law.
• Prior experience in an insurance defense litigation firm is a strong plus.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Lexis software.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Bar membership in Pennsylvania.
