Duties:

• Litigation Associate Attorney:
  • Handle personal injury cases from filing through trial.
  • Take depositions, argue motions, and have opportunities to first and second chair trials.
  • Develop case strategy and collaborate closely with senior litigators.
  • Negotiate settlements and advocate for maximum client compensation.
• Pre-Litigation Associate Attorney:
  • Manage cases from intake through demand and negotiation.
  • Work directly with clients, medical providers, and insurance companies.
  • Draft demand letters and build strong cases before litigation.
  • Negotiate settlements to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.

Requirements:

• Licensed attorney in Missouri and Illinois.
• 3+ years of personal injury or litigation experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong research, writing, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, team-oriented, and client-focused.
• Passion for fighting for injured individuals and achieving real results.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Missouri and Illinois State Bar.
