Duties:

  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple clients and transactions.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Active membership in the North Carolina State Bar or the ability to become licensed in North Carolina.

Certifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in North Carolina or eligibility for reciprocity.
