Duties

• Handle a variety of employment law matters including litigation and client counseling

• Provide high-quality legal services to a diverse client base

• Collaborate with colleagues across practice areas to support cross-selling opportunities

• Contribute to business development efforts and maintain strong client relationships

• Manage ongoing caseload efficiently and effectively

• Engage with firm leadership on strategic growth initiatives

Requirements

• Minimum of 15 years of legal experience in labor and employment law

• Demonstrated success in employment litigation and providing legal counsel

• Entrepreneurial drive with a proven ability to attract and retain clients

• Capability to work independently and as part of a broader legal team

• Admission to the New York State Bar

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in the State of New York

• Additional certifications in employment/labor law (if applicable) are a plus
