Duties:

• Conduct legal research to support case preparation.

• Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients.
• Maintain detailed and accurate client records and case files.

Requirements:

• Must be a licensed California attorney with 3+ years of litigation experience.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
