Location:

Duties:

  • Draft comprehensive legal reports, including initial, interim, pre-trial, and appellate reports.
  • Prepare and respond to discovery requests and motions.
  • Attend court appearances regularly to represent clients.
  • Take and defend depositions of both fact and expert witnesses.
  • Draft and argue motions for summary judgment.
  • Collaborate with clients and legal teams to build and implement effective case strategies.

Requirements:

  • Licensed to practice law in the State of Colorado.
  • 3 to 10 years of experience in General Liability defense, specifically in bad faith, auto, and premises liability cases.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex legal matters.
  • Proficiency in legal research with excellent written and oral communication abilities.
  • Ability to effectively manage discovery and draft motions.
  • Experience with depositions and court appearances.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active membership with the Colorado State Bar.
