Job Overview:

The Senior Corporate Associate Attorney will play a key role in handling M&A related matters, including leading the drafting and negotiation of documents, managing client relationships, and supervising junior associates. Duties:

  • Lead the drafting and negotiation of definitive and ancillary documents related to M&A transactions.
  • Manage the deal process and maintain client relationships throughout the transaction lifecycle.
  • Supervise and mentor junior associates, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Handle day-to-day demands on a variety of M&A related matters, including due diligence, regulatory compliance, and post-closing integration.
  • Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys to develop and execute effective deal strategies.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards in all client interactions.

 

Requirements:

  • 6-8 years of M&A experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High degree of maturity and business sense.
  • Ability to effectively manage internal and external client relationships.
  • Large regional, national, or international law firm experience preferred.

 

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

 

Certifications:

Admission to the State Bar of Florida or eligibility for admission.
