Job Details:

• Conduct legal research and analysis of applicable statutes and case law in workers' compensation.
• Develop strategies, evidence, and arguments in preparation for trials and hearings.
• Prepare a variety of legal documents including discovery requests and responses, pleadings, subpoenas, and medical composites.
• Utilize computer programs and document management systems to enhance job performance.
• Organize and maintain case files electronically.
• Uphold the firm’s core values of honesty, integrity, accountability, teamwork, diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging, and client commitment.

Requirements:

• J.D. from a recognized law school accredited by the American Bar Association.
• Member of the Florida Bar in good standing.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess exceptional communication, analytical, and writing skills.
• Experience in workers' compensation and/or insurance defense is preferred.
• Proficiency in using legal research tools and document management systems.
