Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare legal documents, including briefs, motions, and pleadings.
• Advise clients on compliance with state and federal employment laws and regulations.
• Represent clients in administrative proceedings and court hearings.

• Assist in developing and implementing training programs on employment law topics for clients.

Requirements:

• 1-4 years of experience practicing law, focusing on labor and employment matters.
• Member of the State Bar of California.

• Proven track record of effective client representation and legal problem-solving.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
