Entry-level Litigation Attorney

Oakland office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an entry-level litigation attorney with 1-4 years of experience. The candidate will work in a broad area of civil litigation to include: employment, medical and pharmacy malpractice, asbestos and other toxic torts, public entity, premises and product liability, business/commercial disputes, trade secret, and construction defect. Should preferably have law and motion experience and some experience taking depositions. Must be a member of the California State Bar in good standing.

The candidate should preferably be very organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent writing skills. The billable requirement is 1850 hours.
