Duties:

  • Represent clients in government investigations, enforcement actions, and complex civil fraud litigation.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including briefs, motions, and discovery requests.
  • Conduct legal research and analyze complex legal issues related to government investigations.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive arguments and presentations in court or during negotiations.
  • Manage case files and maintain detailed records of case progress and strategy.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and other team members to develop and implement defense strategies.
  • Provide counsel and strategic advice to clients regarding their legal rights and obligations.
  • Attend court hearings, depositions, and meetings with clients and government agencies.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in government investigations defense, government enforcement litigation, or related complex civil fraud litigation.
  • Completion of a judicial clerkship is preferred.
  • Strong writing and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated written advocacy experience.
  • Massachusetts State Bar admission is required.
  • Strong academic credentials.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the Massachusetts State Bar.

Skills:
