Duties:

• Manage a caseload of civil litigation defense matters, including legal research, case analysis, and strategy development.
• Conduct depositions, mediations, and court appearances as required.

• Draft legal documents, pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to civil litigation defense.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2-7 years of experience in first or third-party litigation.
