A law firm seeks an experienced and passionate Personal Injury Attorney to join its team of dedicated litigators. This position offers the opportunity to work in a hybrid work environment while focusing on representing clients in personal injury cases. The ideal candidate will be a strong advocate for clients, bringing at least three years of experience in personal injury law, and will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Duties:

  • Represent clients in personal injury cases, managing all aspects of litigation from inception to resolution.
  • Conduct thorough investigations, gather evidence, and consult with medical and expert witnesses to build compelling cases.
  • Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
  • Negotiate settlements and handle all phases of litigation, including depositions, discovery, and trial preparation.
  • Provide exceptional client service, ensuring clients are well informed and supported throughout the legal process.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to ensure cases are handled efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and maintain a caseload while managing time and priorities to meet deadlines.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience practicing personal injury law.
  • Strong litigation and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle complex personal injury cases independently and work as part of a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active California Bar License (Required).

Skills:

  • Expertise in personal injury law, including litigation and settlement negotiation.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
