Job Duties:

• Litigate various employment issues, including wage & hour disputes and single-plaintiff discrimination/harassment cases.
• Draft and review employment policies and documents, such as offer letters, employment agreements, and separation agreements.
• Handle labor and employment aspects of business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions.
• Collaborate on traditional labor relations tasks, though prior experience is a plus.
• Work independently and as part of a team to achieve client objectives.

Requirements:

• 4-6 years of relevant litigation experience in employment law.
• Demonstrated ability to work on complex employment issues and provide strategic legal advice.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality client service.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar.
