Job Overview

This position offers an exciting opportunity for an attorney to manage high-exposure personal injury and general liability cases from inception through trial.

Duties

• Draft pleadings and motions for various cases
• Propound and respond to written discovery requests
• Take and defend depositions
• Manage case files and assume significant responsibility for cases from start to finish
• Interact directly with clients, providing updates and maintaining communication
• Collaborate with team members while also demonstrating the ability to work independently

Requirements

• Active license to practice law in California
• At least 2 years of relevant litigation experience, ideally in insurance
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
• Detail-oriented with a high level of professionalism

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Admitted to practice in California
