Liability Attorney

A law firm in Boston, MA, is seeking an experienced Liability Attorney to join its team. The ideal candidate will have 11 years of liability experience, with a preference for those with prior insurance defense background.

Duties:
• Represent clients in legal proceedings, draft legal documents, and provide legal advice on liability matters.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
• Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure effective case management.
• Attend court hearings, depositions, and negotiations as required.

Requirements:
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to the MA Bar and in good standing.
• Should have 11 years of relevant experience in liability law.
• Prior experience in insurance defense is considered a plus.

Education:
