Duties:

• Draft pleadings, legal briefs, and motions
• Manage discovery and handle dispute resolutions
• Depose witnesses and manage pre-trial examinations
• Assist in trials, appeals, and overall case management
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to strategize case approaches
• Participate in business development and client relationship management

Requirements:

• 4-6 years of experience in trade secret, copyright, trademark, and complex commercial litigation
• Strong experience in handling cases in both Federal and State courts
• Proven ability to manage all phases of litigation, including discovery and trial preparation
• Effective collaboration and case management skills in a team-oriented environment
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while providing high-level client service

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active membership with the California Bar Association is required
