Duties

• Represent clients in criminal defense cases across municipal, state, and federal courts

• Handle misdemeanor and felony cases from investigation to trial

• Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and trial strategies

• Advocate for clients in court hearings, negotiations, and jury trials

• Maintain client communication and provide legal counsel throughout case proceedings

• Collaborate with experienced trial attorneys to refine courtroom skills and legal knowledge

Requirements

• Experience in criminal defense law preferred but not required

• Strong litigation, research, and negotiation skills

• Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication and client advocacy skills

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Admission to the Arizona State Bar (active and in good standing)
