Corporate/Transactional Associate Attorney

Duties:

• Negotiate with clients to develop favorable transaction terms
• Review legal documents for accuracy, comprehensiveness, and regulatory compliance
• Assist in corporate legal processes, including mergers and acquisitions

Requirements:

• Second or third-year law student or attorney with relevant experience

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction

Skills:

• Knowledge of corporate taxation, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate law
• Familiarity with corporate structures
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
