Duties:

  • Manage client communications and relationships
  • Take and defend depositions

  • Lead mediations and negotiations
  • Represent clients in court and manage trial processes

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in personal injury or civil litigation
  • Proven success as 1st chair in jury trials
  • Strong knowledge of the Rules of Civil Procedure and Rules of Evidence
  • Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar
  • Experience with trial preparation, depositions, and case management

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
  • Licensed attorney in the state of Alabama or ability to transfer Bar membership

Certifications:

  • Active State Bar membership in Alabama
  • Continuing Legal Education (CLE) certifications as required by the state bar
