Job Overview:
A prominent law firm is seeking a skilled Natural Resources Attorney with 3-7 years of experience to join its dynamic legal team. Location:

Duties:

  • Handle water and environmental law cases for a diverse client base, including public entities and private organizations.
  • Provide legal counsel on land use, environmental regulations, and Tribal law matters.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative legal strategies.
  • Engage in litigation and manage cases from inception through resolution.
  • Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and prepare for court appearances.

Requirements:

  • 3-7 years of experience in natural resources law, environmental law, water law, or land use law.
  • Strong legal analysis, writing, and research skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with litigation is preferred.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction(s).

  • Expertise in environmental and natural resources law.
  • Strong litigation and case management abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
