Litigation Attorney

A law firm is seeking a Litigation Attorney for their Los Angeles, CA office. This individual will play a pivotal role in representing clients in a wide range of complex litigation matters. Collaborating closely with experienced attorneys, the Litigation Attorney will have the opportunity to engage in all phases of litigation, from case strategy development to trial representation. The work will contribute directly to advancing the legal interests of education and public agency clients.

Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery materials
• Represent clients in hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials
• Manage and oversee case files and deadlines
• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice law in California
• Litigation experience
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated commitment to serving clients and advancing their legal interests
