Duties:

  • Transactional Work:

  • Matter Management:
    • Manage client matters, track progress, and ensure timely follow-up on key milestones in the transactional process.
  • Business Development:
    • Assist in expanding the firm’s client base both online and offline, contributing to marketing and networking efforts.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Collaborate with the team to enhance internal firm processes and systems, ensuring greater efficiency and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Experience:

    • Experience in handling business and real estate transactions, including company formations, sales, and purchases, and drafting various transactional documents.
  • Communication Skills:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail in both legal documents and client interactions.
  • Client Relationship Management:

    • Ability to effectively manage client relationships, providing clear, practical advice and setting realistic expectations.
  • Self-Motivation:

    • A proactive, “can-do” attitude with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines without direct supervision.
  • Integrity:

    • Strong ethical standards, with a commitment to delivering on promises and maintaining transparency with clients.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active membership in the State Bar of the jurisdiction where you are practicing.
