• Analyze client files and prepare comprehensive workups for attorneys and legal assistants.
• Review medical records to determine case strategy, rate injuries, and prepare for settlements.
• Represent clients in hearings, trials, and depositions.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to provide case updates and discuss outcomes.
• Collaborate with a team to manage cases efficiently and achieve favorable resolutions.

Requirements:

• Active membership in the California State Bar.
• Strong interest in advocating for injured first responders, police officers, and firefighters.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced legal environment.
