Job Overview: A prominent law firm’s Finance & Restructuring practice group is seeking an experienced mid-level Associate Attorney to join its Fund Finance team. This position is intended for attorneys with 4-6 years of transactional legal experience, with a preference for those with a focus in finance law.

Duties

• Oversee and support fund finance transactions within the Finance & Restructuring practice group
• Draft, negotiate, and review a wide range of finance-related agreements and documents
• Conduct comprehensive legal research to inform and support finance transaction strategies
• Provide regular communication and guidance to clients on fund finance matters
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legal standards and best practices in finance transactions

Requirements

• 4-6 years of transactional legal experience, with a preference for experience in finance law
• Excellent academic record with strong research and analytical skills
• Superior written and verbal communication abilities

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active bar membership in good standing within the candidate’s state of residence
