  • Explain legal processes and services to clients in a clear and approachable manner
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide feedback on client meetings
  • Supervise intake paralegals and virtual assistants to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1-5 years of experience in criminal defense law
  • Strong team player, willing to collaborate with fellow attorneys and staff
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a caseload and move legal matters forward
  • Experience in criminal defense, intake, or post-conviction relief
  • Familiarity with case management software is preferred
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are preferred but not mandatory

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
  • Active license to practice law in the state of Texas

Certifications:

  • Admittance to the State Bar of Texas
