  • Manage complex capital markets transactions, including structured notes.
  • Oversee tax-related matters in bankruptcy, workouts, structured finance, and securitization.
  • Work on leasing, lending, and project finance transactions.
  • Effectively communicate complex legal matters in both oral and written forms.

Requirements

  • Experience: 1-3 years of significant experience in mergers & acquisitions, private equity, and other strategic transactions.
  • Proficiency in a broad-based federal transactional tax practice.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts concisely.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and a strong work ethic.
  • Action-oriented interest in taking on increased responsibilities for transactions.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications
