Litigation Associate

Location:

• Encino, CA 

Duties:

• Draft sophisticated motions, pleadings, and discovery documents.
• Communicate regularly with clients and opposing counsel.
• Represent clients in court, take and defend depositions, and attend mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
• Develop case strategies in collaboration with the team, from case inception through trial.
• Manage multiple active matters efficiently, with minimal supervision.
• Work with a team to ensure high-quality legal work and client service.

Requirements:

• 3-7 years of experience in business or civil litigation.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience with litigation strategy and client management.
• CA Bar license is required.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Valid CA Bar license.

Skills:

• Excellent legal research, writing, and drafting skills.
• Ability to manage complex cases and provide creative solutions.
• Strong communication skills for client and opposing counsel interactions.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team setting and independently.
