Duties:

  • Handle removal defense and complicated immigration cases with waivers.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis related to immigration laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Substantial litigation experience, preferably in immigration law.

  • Fluency in Spanish with superior verbal communication skills.
  • Patience and ability to explain complicated legal processes to clients with limited English proficiency.
  • Commitment to providing professional and responsive legal service to the immigrant community.

 

Education:
