Litigation Associate Attorney

A law firm seeks a highly skilled Litigation Associate Attorney to join its Raleigh, North Carolina office. Duties

• Represent clients in a variety of litigation matters, including pre-trial, trial, and post-trial activities.
• Prepare and review legal documents such as motions, pleadings, and discovery responses.
• Manage a caseload from start to finish, ensuring adherence to deadlines and legal standards.
• Conduct legal research and provide clients with strategic guidance based on current case law and legal trends.
• Participate in negotiations, mediations, and settlement discussions.
• Collaborate with colleagues and senior attorneys to formulate litigation strategies.
• Attend court hearings, depositions, and trials as necessary.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing updates on case progress and developments.

Requirements

• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of litigation experience, preferably in civil litigation or related fields.
• Licensing: Active license to practice law in North Carolina.
