The candidate will have meetings with clients with or without a partner, as warranted by the circumstances, draft and edit planning documents, follow-up communications with clients, coordinate administration tasks with probate paralegals, and oversee execution and funding of estate plans. Should have an LL.M. degree and some practical experience in estate and tax planning, administration, and some knowledge of Medicaid/MassHealth planning practice.
