Duties

  • Represent clients in construction defect litigation cases on the defense side.

  • Collaborate with team members to strategize case approaches and legal arguments.

Requirements

  • Must be an active member of the California State Bar.
  • Experience in construction defect litigation (defense side) is required.

  • Comfortable with court appearances, depositions, and legal writing tasks.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
