Duties:

Engage in all phases of construction defect litigation, with a focus on defense.
Draft and respond to discovery requests, pleadings, and legal motions.
Take and defend depositions, effectively representing clients in various proceedings.
Conduct thorough research and draft well-reasoned legal documents.
Argue motions in court and manage case files independently.
Collaborate effectively within a team to meet case and client needs.

Requirements:

Active membership in the California Bar.
Proven experience in construction defect litigation, specifically on the defense side.
Strong research and analytical skills, with demonstrated legal writing proficiency.
Ability to handle multiple cases and projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

Licensed to practice law in the state of California.
