  • Conduct depositions and examine witnesses during trials.
  • Maintain accurate case records and document all case-related activities.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active membership in good standing with the State Bar of California.
  • Experience practicing law, with significant trial experience preferred.
  • Proven track record of successfully litigating cases across various practice areas.
  • Strong understanding of civil procedure, evidence, and trial advocacy.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.

Certifications:

  • Certification or specialization in trial advocacy or related field (preferred).
