Duties:

  • Effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties.
  • Produce deliverables, answer phone calls, and promptly reply to correspondence.
  • Provide timely, accurate, and quality work product.
  • Successfully meet deadlines and expectations and perform work duties as required.
  • Foster positive work relationships and collaborate with colleagues across departments.
  • Comply with all firm policies and practices.
  • Engage in physical and sedentary activities, including extensive computer work, digital/virtual conference calls, and meetings as needed.
  • Perform all other duties, tasks, or projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • JD degree from an accredited law school.
  • Bar Admission in California.
  • 5 years of experience handling upmarket bilateral, syndicated, and sponsor-backed deals for banks and private credit funds.
  • Strong analytical and writing skills.
  • Attention to detail and sound business judgment.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
