Location:

Duties:

  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support personal injury cases.
  • Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
  • Assist lead trial attorneys with written discovery, client interactions, and case strategy.
  • Prepare for and attend mediations, hearings, and trials.
  • Participate in depositions and court proceedings, with opportunities for taking and defending depositions.
  • Engage in ongoing case development and apply strategic techniques for trial preparation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury law, with a focus on research, writing, and/or appellate work.
  • Strong analytical and research skills.
  • Excellent writing and communication abilities.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active Florida Bar license (required).
