Mid-level Structured Transactions Associate Attorney

A law firm in Chicago, IL is seeking a qualified Mid-level Structured Transactions Associate Attorney with 3-6 years of experience. The ideal candidate should have a background in corporate and/or finance transactions, with a preference for expertise in structured finance and securitization.

Duties:

• Provide expert legal counsel and representation in structured finance and securitization matters.
• Collaborate with clients on a range of corporate and finance transactions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex agreements and contracts related to structured finance deals.
• Conduct due diligence, legal research, and analysis for transactions.
• Work closely with senior attorneys and clients to develop effective legal strategies.
• Stay updated on developments in structured finance and securitization law and regulations.

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of legal experience as an associate.
• Proficiency in corporate and/or finance transactions.
• A background in structured finance and securitization is preferred.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the bar in the state of practice.

Skills:

• Proficiency in structured finance and securitization matters.
