Location:

Duties:

  • Draft family law pleadings, initial filings, Requests for Orders, ex parte paperwork, discovery, client declarations, stipulations, and temporary restraining orders.
  • Conduct thorough legal research on statutes, case law, opinions, briefs, and other relevant legal information.
  • Maintain regular correspondence with clients, opposing counsel, and experts to ensure effective case management.
  • Represent clients in court, advocating for their interests in family law matters.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active CA State Bar License (required).
  • Certified Family Law Specialist (preferred but not required).
  • Proven experience as a Family Law Attorney.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.

Education:

  • Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited institution.

Certifications:

  • Active California Bar License (required).
  • Certified Family Law Specialist (preferred but not required).

Skills:

  • Expertise in drafting legal documents related to family law.
  • Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
