• Draft, review, and negotiate employment contracts, policies, and handbooks.
• Conduct legal research and prepare detailed memoranda on complex employment law issues.
• Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for employers on compliance and best practices.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to strategize case approaches and resolutions.
• Prepare for and attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor and employment laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the California State Bar and in good standing.
• 3-5 years of experience in employment-related litigation, including class action experience.
• Proven track record in defending and counseling employers on labor and employment law matters.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited institution.
• Distinguished academic achievement preferred.

Certifications:

• An active member of the California State Bar.
