A prominent law firm based in Atlanta, GA is seeking an experienced and dedicated Pre-Litigation Attorney to advocate for clients in personal injury and property damage cases. This role involves direct client engagement, thorough case assessments, and negotiations to ensure the highest level of client service and results.

Duties

• Meet with clients to discuss their cases, provide support, and build trust and rapport
• Maintain ongoing client communication, providing timely updates on case status
• Review and evaluate claims for potential legal strategies
• Engage in negotiations with insurance companies to achieve favorable outcomes
• Demonstrate empathy and compassion when handling sensitive client matters
• Collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment
• Maintain thorough documentation and case management records

Requirements

• An active member of the Georgia Bar in good standing or willingness to obtain Georgia Bar membership
• Prior experience in evaluating and managing claims
• Proven negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team structure

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Georgia Bar membership (or eligibility and willingness to become barred in Georgia)
