A law firm seeks Associate Attorneys to provide high-quality and cost-effective legal representation to clients. The successful candidates will handle various legal matters, including constitutional defense, commercial liability, and auto and premises liability, ensuring thorough case management from intake to appeal.

Duties

• Conduct case intake and assess client needs
• Develop and manage case budgets
• Perform legal research and provide strategic advice
• Prepare and file necessary legal documents
• Negotiate settlements and represent clients in litigation
• Handle appeals as necessary
• Maintain regular communication with clients regarding case status

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to practice law in the relevant state and federal courts
• Certificate(s) of Good Standing from appropriate governing bodies

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction
