  • Handle removal proceedings, including immigration bond hearings
  • Provide legal counsel and guidance on immigration law and legal issues
  • Prepare, review, and file immigration-related legal documents
  • Conduct legal research and analysis on immigration matters
  • Communicate effectively with clients to provide case updates and address concerns
  • Collaborate with legal team members to ensure efficient case management

Requirements

  • Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
  • Experience with immigration law, including family-based petitions and humanitarian visas
  • In-depth knowledge of immigration-related legal processes and procedures
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple cases while meeting deadlines and managing a caseload
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications

  • Admission to the State Bar of Texas (or eligibility to be admitted)
