Duties

• Handle all phases of litigation, from pre-litigation demands to case conclusion.
• Manage complex litigation tasks, including motion practice, discovery, depositions, mediations, and court appearances.
• Draft detailed pleadings, motions, and briefs with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness.
• Lead depositions and collaborate with experts in relevant fields.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients, opposing counsel, and experts.
• Oversee discovery processes, ensuring all procedural requirements are met.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience.
• Active Bar license to practice law in California, in good standing.
• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Trial experience is a plus but not required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active California State Bar License (required).
