Requirements

  • Minimum of 3+ years of civil litigation experience
  • Strong working knowledge of the Florida and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure
  • Proven ability to handle evidentiary hearings and trials
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a legal team
  • Excellent research and writing skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word
  • Commitment to maintaining accurate billable hours records

Education and Certifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
  • Active membership in the Florida Bar
