Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive legal research and draft high-quality legal documents
• Prepare drafts of litigation documents for senior attorney review
• Represent clients in court, including evidentiary hearings and trials
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to develop case strategies
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of billable hours
• Provide exceptional client service and foster strong client relationships
• Stay current with changes in Florida and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure
• Utilize advanced Microsoft Word skills for document preparation and management

Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years of civil litigation experience
• Strong working knowledge of the Florida and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure
• Proven ability to handle evidentiary hearings and trials
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a legal team
• Excellent research and writing skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word
• Commitment to maintaining accurate billable hours records

Education and Certifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active membership in the Florida Bar
