A growing law firm based in Lakewood, CO, is seeking a dedicated Family Law Attorney to join its practice. The firm primarily serves clients in the Metro Denver and Northern Colorado regions. While the firm practices in a variety of areas, including criminal defense, civil litigation, and personal injury, this role will focus primarily on family law matters. Duties

  • Represent clients in family law matters, including divorce, custody disputes, and child support issues.
  • Draft and review legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.

  • Appear in court for hearings, mediations, and trials to advocate on behalf of clients.

Requirements

  • Licensed to practice law in the state of Colorado.
  • Strong experience in family law is preferred, but all licensed attorneys are encouraged to apply.

  • Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
